actual deficiency from arrears, losses, and allowances to Owners of
25 per cent, &c., upon one year's assessment was £6867 13s. 3d.,
being a loss of about £7 1s. 1d. per cent. on the gross amount
charged, which is arrived at by deducting the amount collected
from the total amount of the assessment.
