We hereby certify that having examined and audited the accounts
of the Commissioners for Public Baths and Washhouses in the Parish of
St. Mary, Islington, for the year ending March 31st, 1892, pursuant to the
195th and 197th Sections of the Metropolis Management Act, 1855, we
find them to be correct, and allow the said accounts accordingly.
