Report of the Public Analyst appointed for the Parish of St. Mary,
Islington, upon the Articles Analysed by him under the above
Act during the Quarter ending the 30th June, 1891.
TO THE VESTRY OF ST. MARY, ISLINGTON.
July, 1891.
Gentlemen,
During the last Quarter I have had 96 samples submitted
to me for analysis, of these I found 9 adulterated. In one case
the Defendant appealed to the Somerset House Authorities, who
confirmed my analysis.
