Report of the Public Analyst appointed for the Parish of St. Mary,
Islington, upon the Articles Analysed by him under the above
Act during the Quarter ending the 30th June, 1890.
TO THE VESTRY OF ST. MARY, ISLINGTON.
July 1st, 1890.
Gentlemen,
During the last Quarter 128 samples of Food and Drugs
were submitted to me for analysis.
Of these, 9 samples were found adulterated.
The adulterated samples were: Gin, Milk, Butter, Whisky, and
Black and White Pepper.
