The Committee is desirous that the Vestry should
express its views upon these Orders in time to lodge objections
before February 1st, should it be thought desirable to object,
but a Special Meeting, to be held after one month's previous
notice, is necessary before the Vestry can give its formal consent.
Time will then be afforded for communication with the
Undertakers with a view to such concessions as the Vestry
may deem desirable being obtained from them.
