(3.) That a copy of these resolutions be forwarded to the several
authorities in the Metropolis with a request that
they should apply to H.M. Government to introduce a
Bill to carry the same into effect, and ask the Parliamentary
Representatives of their districts to support such
Bill.
(4.) That the Home Secretary be requested to receive a deputation
in furtherance of the object of the said resolutions,
and that each of the said Rating Authorities be
requested to appoint one of their members to take part
in such a deputation.
