Report of the Public Analyst appointed for the Parish of St. Mary,
Islington, upon the Articles Analysed by him under the above
Act during the Quarter ending the 30th September, 1889.
TO THE VESTRY OF ST. MARY, ISLINGTON.
Gentlemen,
In the Quarter just ended, I have analysed 128 samples
under the Food and Drugs Acts, of which three samples were found
adulterated. The adulterated samples were Milk and Milk of Sulphur.
