Report of the Public Analyst appointed for the Parish of St. Mary,
Islington, upon the Articles Analysed by him under the above
Act daring the Quarter ending the 30th June, 1889.
TO THE VESTRY OF ST. MARY, ISLINGTON.
July 1 1889
Gentlemen,
During the Quarter just ended there have been 255 samples
of Food and Diugs analysed under the Food and Drugs Act.
Of these, 26 were found adulterated.
The adulterated articles comprise Milk, Cocoa, Mustard, Lime
Juice and Pepper.
