mittee offered, and Mr. Fitzgerald accepted, the sum of £300,
to include any claim in respect of the temporary use of his
second jetty, and this action was confirmed by the Vestry.
Mr. FitzGerald's contractor also reining the Vestry's shoots,
which formed the subject of a separate charge, amounting to
£38 18s. 1d.
The following is a Statement of Stock on the 25th March,
with the Committee's estimate of the value of same, a Wharf
Committee having visited the Wharf for the purpose on the
2nd April last:—
