It will be observed that during the year, 29
samples have been certified to be adulterated or
nearly 16.4 per cent.
This percentage is lower than either of the four preceding years, when the figures were:—

As usual a large number of samples of milk were
taken, and the fact that 16 (about 22.8 per cent.)
