Gentlemen,— We, the undersigned Auditors of the Accounts of the Parish of St. James and St John, Clerkenwell. having completed our
audit for the year ended March 25th, 1887, have to express our satisfaction at the manner in which the Accounts have been kept, and we are anxious
to report our further approval of the manner in which we have been assisted by the Vestry Clerk and his principal Assistant; and notwithstanding
the enormous increase in account-keeping of late years, we are nevertheless pleased to find that the work has been done in the most satisfactory
manner.
