HOUSE DRAINAGE.
The total number of premises drained were 87, the
details of which drainage is shewn upon 53 plans prepared
for that purpose, and deposited in the Surveyor's
Office; these drains consist of 2 12-in., 24 9-in., and
51 6-in. Five old drains were trapped.
PAVEMENTS.
Carriageways.—The carriageway of Perry Street,
Hooper Street, and part of Baker's Row were laid with
dressed stone.
Footways.—The footways of Hooper Street and
Berry Street were relaid, the deficiency being made up
with new stone.
COLNEY HATCH LANE.
That portion of Colney Hatch Lane in the Parish of
Clerkenwell between Alexandra Park Road and Friern
Barnet was widened. The carriageway was made up
with broken Guernsey granite and Guernsey granite
channel. A footway was formed on the east side
7-ft. 6-in. wide. The width of this portion of Colney
Hatch Lane is now 40 feet.
JOBBING WORKS.
For the maintenance and general repair of the
carriage and footways of the Parish the following
materials have been used:—
