For the Quarter ending 25th Mar., 1881.
To the Vestry of the Parish of Clerkenwell.
Gentlemen,
During the year ending on the 25th
March, I have received from your inspectors, Messrs.
Thain and Cheshire, 30 samples for analysis, consisting
of Milk, Mustard, Pepper, Tea, Sugar, Vinegar, Beer
and Bread. Eleven of the samples of milk were
variously adulterated. The other samples were not
adulterated.
