I do hereby certify that in this Account of the Guardians and
Governors of the poor of the Parish of St. James, Clerkenwell, I
have disallowed the sum of Eighteen pounds three shillings and
two pence, and I do hereby surcharge the sum of Eighteen pounds
And I do hereby furtner certify that the sum of Eighteen
pounds three shillings and two pence, is due from the said Edward
Culver, Joseph Aldridge, and William James Harrison.
As witness my hand, this 6th day of August, 1880,
