For the Quarter ending 30th Sept., 1879.
To the Clerkenwell Vestry.
Gentlemen,
I have received from your Inspectors, Messrs.
Thain and Cheshire, during the last quarter, 35 Samples
for analysis, consisting of Milk, Condensed Milk, Tea,
Coffee, Cocoa, Sugar, Oatmeal, Mustard, Pepper, "Whisky,
Gin, Brandy, Rum, and Rhubarb. Two of the samples of
Milk were adulterated, all the rest were unadulterated.
