PURSUANT to the 195th Section of the Metropolis Local Management Act, We hereby certify that we have carefully examined,
and audited the respective Accounts of the Vestry of the Parish of Saint James and Saint John, Clerkenwell, for the year ending Ladyday,
1870, and that we find them to be true and correct in all particulars, and we hereby sign the same in token thereof.

We, the undersigned Auditors of the Accounts for the Parish of St. James and St. John, Clerkenwell, having carefully examined
and Audited the said Accounts for the year ending March 25th, 1870, hereby express our satisfaction of the manner in which
the Books have been kept and the Balance Sheet prepared; and we tender our cordial thanks to Mr. Paget, the Vestry Clerk, for
his kind attention to us during our Audit, in elucidating the said Accounts, which rendered them more easy for our comprehension, and
gave us every satisfaction.
