PURSUANT to the 195th Section of the Metropolis Local Management Act, We hereby certify that we have carefully examined,
and audited the respective Accounts of the Vestry of the Parish of Saint James and Saint John, Clerkenwell for the year ending Ladeyday.
1869. and that we find them to be true and correct in all particulars. and we hereby sign the same in token thereof.

We, the undersigned Auditors, beg to report that we have Audited the Accounts of the Vestry, for the year ending Lady-day
1869. and found same correct, and have certified thereto accordingly.
The exceptional circumstances which have occasioned the delay in the Audit of this Year's Accounts, have been fully and satisfactorily
explained to us by the Vestry Clerk.
We cannot but express our entire satisfacton with the manner in which the Accounts have been kept, and the Balance-sheet prepared
and laid before us, and we have much pleasure in recording our acknowledgments to Mr. Paget, for the courteous attention paid to
us by him during the Audit, and for his ready elucidation of any question connected with the Accounts, which have materially
lightened our labors.
