Sanitary Inspector for the District concerned for his
information.
The Minister of Pood made an Order which became
operative on 1st June 1953, amending the standard for
ice-cream.
The principal modifications are shown below

There are special standards for ice-cream containing
fruit or fruit pulp and for Kosher ice.
Five samples of ice-cream and five iced lollies were
taken to see that the proper standard was reached and that
there were no harmful contents. **11 were found to be in
oraer.

(i) At the end of the year there were thirty-three entries on the register as follows :~ | ||

Dealers' licences to sell designated milk were granted as
follows :-
