Mr. Mayor, Ladies and Gentlemen,
I am presenting my 27th Annual Report to which is atta
the Senior Sanitary Inspector's Report.
I again suggest that the Council should make provision
of suitable housing accommodation for old people in the form of:
hostels, etc.
