1.Failing to comply with a notice served under Section 94 of the Public Health Act, 1875, to abate a nuisance arising from a watercourse being so choked or silted up as to cause flooding of the adjoining lands.Order ma??? 'or the work to be oarried ??? within six weeks and defendant to pay £2 12s. 6d. costs.
2.Pigs kept contrary to Council's Byelaws relating to Nuisanoes.Fined £1 and 4s. costs.
3.Failing to cleanse and limewash walls and ceilings of Cowsheds during the months of September or October as required by Clause 22 (2) of the Milk and Dairies Order. 1926.Fined £10 and and £5 5s. costs.
