LEGAL PROCEEDINGS.
In one instance an application was made to the
Magistrates for an order to close a polluted well.
The Magistrates granted an Order, and ordered
the defendant to pay £2 2s. 0d, Analyst's fee and
10s. 6d. Court costs.
