Of the sixty-five new cases tabulated above,
twenty-one are cases transferred from other districts.
Of the total number of deaths from Tuberculosis
there were three of patients who had not
been notified.
The table shows an increase compared with
last year of nine new Pulmonary cases of Tuberculosis,
but the new Non-Pulmonary cases show a
decrease of four. The deaths show an increase of
Sixteen.
At the commencement of the year there were
187 cases of Tuberculosis on the register, and at
the end of the year this figure had increased to 202.
