Of the sixty new cases tabulated above, sixteen
are cases transferred from other districts.
Of the total number of deaths from Tuberculosis,
there was one of a patient who had not been
previously notified on Form A.
The table shows a decrease compared with last
year of one new Pulmonary case of Tuberculosis,
and the new Non-Pulmonary cases also show a
decrease of two. The deaths show a decrease of
four.
At the commencement of the year there were
159 cases of Tuberculosis on the register and at the
end of the year this figure had increased to 187.
