New duties in connection with Food Treatment,
War Damage, Rehousing and Billeting, have
had to take precedence over the normal work of
Sanitary and Housing inspection, but matters
essential to the safeguarding of Public Health have
never been neglected.
The foregoing report is merely a summary of
matters normally reported year by year. Detailed
records of other duties performed, and works done,
will appear in a more comprehensive report when
the war is over.
I am, Ladies and Gentlemen,
Your obedient Servant,
GEOFFREY McCLELLAND,
Chief Sanitary Inspector.
