ANNUAL REPORT OF THE
CHIEF SANITARY INSPECTOR
To the Mayor, Aldermen and Councillors of the
Borough of Surbiton.
Ladies and Gentlemen,
I have the honour to present the Annual Report
on the work of your Sanitary Inspectors for the
year 1940.
This report is compiled in accordance with the
directions in Ministry of Health Circular No. 2067
and is therefore to be regarded as an interim report.
COMPLAINTS.
During the year 411 complaints were received
and dealt with. This does not include complaints
from Council house tenants.
