For ease of comparison the statistical tables relative to this
Report have, for the most part, been placed in Appendices.
Appendix A deals with those matters which, under the
Factory and Workshop Act of 1901, it is a duty of every
Medical Officer of Health to refer to annually; Appendix B
consists of those Tables prescribed by the Local Government
Board; and Appendix C consists of Tables of more local interest,
including, amongst other things, the detail of the work of the
Sanitary Department.
