The Council House,
Mortlake, S.W.,
January, 1910.
Mr. Chairman and Gentlemen—
I beg to submit my ninth annual report.
Some years are, of course, less healthy than others, and
the climatic conditions of 1909 were depressing, and not salubrious.
Our records, however, show continued improvement, not
only when comparisons are made with those of past years, but
when comparisons are made with those of districts similar to our
own.
I trust that this result will be held to justify the many
and important steps which you have directed or sanctioned.
1 am, Gentlemen,
Obediently yours,
F. G. CROOKSHANK.
The Chairman and Members of the
Urban District Council of Barnes.
