DIPHTHERIA. *
Weeks of 1913.
This Table shows that there were 67 cases of Diphtheria notified during the year, and of these 43 were
admitted to the Isolation Hospital, or over 64 per cent. Of these 2 died, but the majority of the cases were
of a very mild type. In 19 weeks of the year no notifications came in.
No cases of Diphtheria could be definitely traced to contagion being contracted outside the district.
