Council have expended in their endeavour to establish the Health Services
of the District upon the surest foundations. He is but accepting the
invitation of the Ministry to "deal fully with difficulties and failures,
a frank examination of which may prove to be of vital importance.
He is fully conscious and appreciative of your Council's generous support.
Their Health Staff have cheerfully undertaken and successfully accomplished
all the tasks allotted to them, and to the Council, to their
Chiefs of Staff and to every member of his Department the M.O.H.
accords his grateful thanks.
