difficulty in getting patients away to Sanatoria or other Institutions.

It may not be considered inappropriate that a few comments should
be offered on this subject. Your Medical Officer has attended various
conferences where Tuberculosis was the subject of discussion. These
conferences have now been held for many years and the same arguments
are advanced for comprehensive schemes to deal with all types of
consumption and there the matter appears to end. We seem to get
