GENERAL REPORT.
The Past Year.
This Report'embraces the period from the 26th day of
March, 1899, to the 25th day of March, 1900, and contains
a summary of the more important proceedings of the Board.
During this period 99 Meetings of the Board and Committees
have been held, of which the following are
particulars:—
