certified to be adulterated—a little more than 12-1 per cent.

There has been a notable increase in the percentage of
adulterated samples during the past year.

306 samples of Milk have been examined during the
past twelve months, 17 of which were of distinctly poor
quality, but just escaping classification as adulterated
