Supply Corporation Limited being completed, the land
purchased by the Board has been thrown into the public
way and paved over, and the widened street was openedto
the public on the 4th May, 1900.

The following information with respect to the St, Giles District may be of interest:—

Its superficial area is 245 acres. Length of public ways, 15 miles 7 furlongs.
Total length of public and private ways, 16 miles.
The superficial area of carriage-ways is 47 acres, 1 :rood, 247 yards.
