There is no provision at present for the treatment of any
other diseases but Scarlet Fever, but there is now good
prospect of having suitable Hospital accommodation within no
distant period.
The following is the scale of fees payable for the maintenance
of patients in the Hospital:—
per week.
Where the rateable value of the house does
not exceed £20 Nil.
Exceeds £20, and does not exceed £30 10/„
£30, „ „ £40 15/„
£40, „ „ £50 21/„
£50 42/-
Servants sent to the Hospital by employers are charged
for according to the rateable value of the employers' houses,
but with a maximum of £1 . 1. 0 per week.
In several cases the fee is remitted if it is thought desirable
by the Council to do so.
Disinfection.

The following Table shows the number of articles disinfected in the hot air chamber after each disease.
