Milk (Mothers and Children) Order, 1919—Milk has been
supplied under this Order to necessitous cases. In every
instance investigations have been made as to their income and
an order has been sent to the milkman supplying the household
for varying amounts of milk at either less than cost price or
free, according to the circumstances of the case.
The number of families supplied during the year was 194.

By an arrangement with the Kingston Corporation cases
of Scarlet Fever and Diphtheria were admitted to the Hospital
during the year, 84 cases of Scarlet Fever and 50 cases of
Diphtheria being treated.
