Food Poisoning.— No cases of food poisoning were notified
during the year.
Water Supply.— Information was received that the water
supply had been withdrawn during the year from 18 houses
for the following reasons:—Eight by request, 5 owing to
arrears of rates, and 5 for other reasons.
Supervision of the Erection of New Houses.—This is
under the control of the Surveyor, and there is a special
inspector who supervises the erection of new houses and
additions.
Premises and Occupations which can be controlled by
Bye-laws. — Particulars as to these will be found in the
Report of the Chief Sanitary Inspector (Mr. Henry Johnson).
