I wish to take this opportunity of recording my thanks
to Mrs. Paston Brown who, as Chairman of the Guardians,
has done everything in her power for the cases which I have
brought to her notice. In addition, I have been grateful to
the Invalid Children's Aid Association for their help in
respect to some of these cases.
