Registration. —The Local Government Board, on 28th December,
1907, issued a General Order under the Butter and Margarine
Act passed in that year, prescribing the forms of application and of
registration of (1) Butter factories; (2) Manufactories of Milk Blended
Butter, and (3) Wholesale Dealers in Milk Blended Butter. Article
III of the Order provides for the endorsement of the certificate of
registration where any change occurs in the persons carrying on the
business.
In accordance with the above Order, premises at Crayford Mills,
Stratford, were registered as a manufactory of margarine, premises in
