EXAMINATION RESULTS.

No true case of glandular tuberculosis was detected. The cases of
mastitis were very few, benign in character, and such milk as was
given I was satisfied was not used. The indurated and dead glands
were milkless. The sores on the teats had no specific significance, a
limited number of cases suggested constitutional tuberculosis, but in
none was there pronounced wasting, and in every such instance the
udder itself was apparently quite healthy. The cows generally were
well conditioned and the sheds sanitary.
