This gives a nett death-rate of 9.59 per 1000
of the estimated population.
CORRECTED DEATH-RATE.
This has to be shewn for statistical purposes,
in order that allowance may be made for the
different age and sex distribution of the population
in towns, as compared with that in rural districts.
The corrected death rate for Teddington is
