SANITARY INSPECTOR'S ANNUAL REPORT.

To the Chairman and Members of the Urban
District Council of Surbiton.
Ladies and Gentlemen,
I have the honour to present to you my Twentyfourth
Annual Report showing the Inspections
made during the year ending December 31st, 1919,
together with particulars of nuisances abated and
improvements effected in the District in consequence
of such inspections.
As no Report was made during the years 1916
to 1918, I have included the particulars of the
work done for these periods.
