Bakehouses.
There are fourteen bakehouses in the district,
all of which have been frequently inspected during
the year.
In no case has it been found necessary to serve
a notice for the abatement of sanitary defects,
although in eleven instances the requisite limewashing
had not been carried out. This work was,
however, at once executed upon the owners'
attention being called to the fact.
