MEDICAL OFFICER OF HEALTH,
1904.
Mr. Chairman and Gentlemen,
I have the pleasure to submit to you my Report
for 1904 on the health and sanitary condition of the
District under your care, this being the twentyeighth
Annual Report since my appointment as
Medical Officer of Health in July, 1876. Copies of
this will be forwarded in accordance with the
Order, Art. 18, Sec. 14, of March 23rd, 1891, to
the Local Government Board and to the Surrey
Countv Council ; also to the Secretarv of State for

the Home Office as required by Section 132 of the
Factory and Workshop Act, 1901.
The Report is made in compliance with the
requirements of the Local Government Board.
