MEDICAL OFFICER OF HEALTH,
1903.
Mr. Chairman and Gentlemen,
I have the pleasure to submit to you my
report for 1903 on the health and sanitary
condition of the District under your care, this
being- the twenty-seventh Annual Report since
my appointment as Medical Officer of Health in
July, 1876.
