Medical Officer of Health,
1897.
Mr. Chairman and Gentlemen,—
This is the Twenty-First Annual Report
that I have had to submit for your consideration
dealing with the vital statistics and sanitary condition
of the area under your control. It has been
drawn up as carefully as possible, and in dealing
with figures and rates every endeavour has been
made to render the returns quite reliable.
