The following is the Report of the Sanitary
Inspector:—
To the Medical Officer of Health.

showing the action taken and the amount of work
done in the abatement of nuisances, for the year
ending December 31st, 1897.

to compel an owner of property in
Arlington Road to comply with a notice to abate
a nuisance arising from defective drainage. The
magistrates made an order for the work to be done

to pay five guineas costs. The notice was then
complied with.
