In no case have I had to report to the Council any
occupier for breach of any of the Bye laws.
Bakehouses.
These premises are periodically inspected to ascertain
if they are kept clean, properly ventilated, and free from
any impurities generated in the course of the work, it is
satisfactory to note that they are generally kept in a good
condition, verbal notices to cleanse have been given which
have had the desired effect.
Dairies, Cowshed and Milkshop Act.
The requirements of the said Act with reference to
Dairies, Cowsheds and Milkshops have also been carried
out, one case of overcrowding has come under my notice
and was dealt with by legal notice.
