To the Chairman and Members of the Health Committee.
Gentlemen,
Herewith I beg to present a Report upon the Health
and Sanitary Conditions of the Borough tor the year 1902,
together with a resume of the work performed in the Health
Department.
The Report is drawn up in compliance with the
requirements of the Local Government Board, and contains
a summary of the work done under the Factory and
Workshop Act, 1901, which, according to the Act, must
be reported to the Council and a copy of such Report
forwarded to the Secretary of State.
