My thanks are due to the Council and their Officers for
the help they have afforded in enabling me to compile some
of my figures, specially in relation to the unoccupied houses
and rentals generally. I need hardly allude to Mr. Pointon's
work, which has as usual been of the greatest assistance.
I am, Gentlemen,
Your obedient servant,
DAVID A. BELILIOS.
Medical Officer of Health.
