Birth Rate 22.9 per 1,000 per annum.

„ 26.0 „ „ „ small towns, 1908.
„ 26.2 „ „ England and Wales,
rural, 1908.
Death Rate 12.29 per 1,000 per annum.
„ 13.48 „ „ average of previous 10yrs.
„ 14.5 „ „ England and Wales, 1909.
„ 14.0 „ „ Small Towns, 1908.
„ 14.7 „ „ Rural Counties, 1908.
Death Rate 75.0 per 1,000 Births of Infants under 1 year.
„ 125.7 „ „ average of previous 10 yrs.
„ 109 „ „ England and Wales, 1909.
„ 124 „ „ Small Towns, 1908.
„ 110 „ „ Rural Counties.
The rates for Birth Rate, Death Rate, and Infantile
Mortality are the lowest on record for England and Wales.
The Death Rate for Kingston was lower in 1905, but the
Birth Rate and the Infantile Mortality Rate are the lowest
recorded.
